My New Tracks

I've been producing with Reason 3 for about 7 months now and made various tracks. Here is my latest in 2 different versions. Not quite sure which one i like better myself yet. Also not sure if I'm finished with either of them, I'm probably gonna mod them a bit more yet and add a few more things.

The original idea was to make something simple without a huge build up and see if i could do it and still make it interesting.Which I think I've done but when I got it going I started getting ideas for making it into a semi-melodic track, hence the extended version.

Anyway, tell me wot you think.

Honestly, it needs more. It sounds way to simple, it's missing atmosphere. Also, the build-up is far from huge in my opinion. Try using effects such as delay and reverb to build-up and make sure the drop is powerful. Add some reverb to the little pluck you use. The piano is beautiful though, I wouldn't touch that, I'd just build around it.

cool cheers I'll see what i can do. I did think that myself about the build up. just havent worked out how to make it better yet.

although for the original one its not meant to have huge build up and drop its spose to just roll off again

Is the extended version more build-upish lol.
