What do you think about Tiësto - Maxi Jazz - Dance4Life Anthem?

I think it isnt really the style of Tiësto except he created a new style... I think it is a harder version of Hi Jack. I don't really like this track but Hi Jack is a great track...

You can hear it in the sets-sexion, look for the surprise act of tiësto at sensation white, then go to the end of that.

And I think it sucked, but I hope it was just the quality of the set that made it sound horrible. If not, Tiësto will be fav producer 1999-2005 for me, and Armin's going to be fav producer 2006-...

In my opinion, THAT is bullsh*t. I loved Just Be (album), I loved In My Memory (album) and Parade of the Athletes was good, not best, but good. And I think that his Pirates remix is quite good actually. But, as a lot of people say, Tiësto's music often has the depth of Classical, and if you dislike that completely, the chance that you dislike Tiësto prods is quite big too.

But hey, I'm not like other people concerning taste of music anyway ;) . Everyone says the ISOS 1 to 3 were great, but I think they're ok, I just don't really get a special feeling with it to be honest. So don't be surprised if my opinion is completely different ;)

dance4life In my eyes is an alright trackwouldn't mind mixing it with beatfreakz - superfreak, besides who knows if Tiesto is working on a new type of sound for himself, never know.

Dance4Life reminds me of Faithless vocals. Lyrics are only for children.
Its not trance, its not pop, its not tiesto. Its just something to have in your collection (cause its tiesto) and nothing more.
Tiesto is just testing something.

I agree it sounds ruched to me. You would have thought for the cause it represents tiesto would have taken alot of time with it, even the drum loops I have on a really old sample cd, uberschell trance techno essentials I think. The SVD mix is good but a bit basic and does not really do all that much. the rest aint worth a listen. Abit gutted as this was really built up to be a huge track!!

I really enjoy this tune - maybe it's not my trance style, but it is unusual track -- my body's dancing during listening it :) When I first listen it my feelings was different :) This tune is magik :D

People on this forums sometimes amaze me....

This song was made to be main stream to advertise Dance4Life, if you have to make something for big mass of people ofcorse it has to be commercial , i don't like it but i dont judge tijs for it...

D4L is good couse worth supporting ... Power of advertisment is more important for such stuff then quality music... Would be realy hard to make some proggy / house track for anthem to large masses of people.

I, for one, cannot stand this housey track because I believe it was the wrong anthem to be picked for the event. I actually do not find it to be much of an anthem at all...sorry for all the house fans reading this but the world's #1 trance DJ should be attracting fans to the works of Trance, not house...but this is just my rant!

I think this is one of Tiesto's worst tracks, not a fan at all, 2/10. On the other hand the SVD remix is worth an 8/10, such a great bassline and nice techiness that rocks the dancefloor

I think the track is brilliant! i enjoy listening to it. As someone who is part of an effort to get Dance4Life on its feet in Canada, I feel that the track is a realy good motivator. it definately gets people up and dancing, and i like the fact that it seems like there are bits of different styles of sound in the track giving the impression that AIDS is not discriminatory. I have lost friends to this terrible disease ( my best friend passed away last November. she contracted AIDS afer being attacked and raped.) I am more determined than ever to fight back against AIDS and if I can use my DJing skills to do so then so much the better!!
