Problem with http://s001.wyslijto.pl/

When someone uploads a file to this specific site I can't download it...
When I push the link i'm being send to http://s001.wyslijto.pl/ but then I only see the message, UNDER CONSTRUCTION and cant download the file anywhere
I was wondering if someone has the same problem and maybe got a solution for it.

it's the new global dj broadcast with armin as a guest.
When I push this link it doesnt download but just connects me to the site and it sayd UNDER CONSTRUCTION...
