my Favorite in search of sunrise is vol. 3 , it was one of the first cds that I really wanted to go and buy from the store even though I had it as a copy from a friend before.
Just great intro , great tracklisting , great songs .. great everything , it came out in 2002 and after that tiesto was #1 for the first time in 2003, I think that means something !
I can't stop listening to Solar stone - solar coaster in that album, just beautiful !
anyway, post your opinion

yeah i got into trance form ISOS 2.... that is such a nice album. like i mean there all good but i really like 3 too. I find it stands out more. Overall i think all the ISOS are great, there wonderful cd to listen to. DJ Tiesto is still my fav DJ too, even through all the critics that say he's not as good as he used to be, but i think he's not AS good but still in one of the top 5.

cheers!!
nice topic to.

Best CD EVER! Together with Just Be, that is. Idd damn good intro, slow paced start, going up and up and up to Southern Sun Remix and Mindcircus, and then closing down with the synths of Jericho, unbelievable. New ISOS is good, but it was at the top at nr. 3. GOD I hope Tiesto will get back to that for just one time, without trying to be all original with housy elements. ISOS 6, anyone? Maybe it should be the best ISOS ever, like with magik, where 6 was also the best. Oh if he can do that I'm going to cry till I die. Of happiness that is.

ISOS 3 was the sountrack of the summer of 2003 for me. The most amazing cd, and was the first time I had ever heard Way Out West - Mindcircus... Amazing! and others Like Solarcoaster, Your body is a temple, In My Memory, Southern Sun... God just all of it :) This cd was one of the first impacts trance had made on me, and a damn good introduction to the dance world I'll say. (As I was just getting into trance around then)

It is a very good album. All the other isos albums are top notch too. They are a must download or buy, whichever you prefer. haha!

my Favorite in search of sunrise is vol. 3

I agree with you there, I listen to it all the time if I ever have to go on a road trip somewhere, from the beginning to the end. It's a really nice albulm, I also have ISOS 5, I like the first CD..it's ok, but I dislike the second. I don't have ISOS 4 though.. ..I need to get it!

ISOS2 for sure. It's the only one to correctly link in with the concept title.

best are 1&2. because they have the best mixes. tiesto got lazy and isos4&5 are so badly mixed. furthermore, he has a lot of good & commercial tracks on isos4&5 so that would be the reason, for me, to listen to it more than once. 3 is a lovely cd, but it is quite different from the rest. sort of lounge, laidback trance.

so 1&2 are the best!

That's what I love about ISOS 3 , that it's soo different than the rest , it's so unique ! anyway , thanks for your opinion, I love vol. 2 also of course , and you're right 4 & 5 aren't that great.

I absolutely loved Tiesto's first In Search of Sunrise and this was followed for me by Magik 2 which was equally melodic. Some of those tunes that he picked were so imaginative and in some sad way, I tend to always look back at 98-2000 period

Have all isos's, but only the first 3 parts are good. 4&5 are somehow wrong mixed. Isos 5 is more a dance cd than a relaxing trance cd. I think it's a waste of the concept, Isos was great and should have been great for all the times. I would rather have seen only part 1,2,3 and no 4 and 5...
