I think I'm going to get spanked hard for this suggestion, but I'm gonna give it a try. How about NOT sharing dance4life, and blocking any posts that have it? Because I think this is a song that should be BOUGHT, not downloaded for free. Just because it's not made for making money, but to help sick people. I know I'm going to buy it, I like the original (in contrary to the radio edit) and probably I'll like the SvD remix too.

I agree with the grandparents thing. I myself would never wanna live in one of those deathcamps...

But the money thing.... its irrelevant whether ppl think giving money makes them a good person or not. Money is money. Its twisted to think others are cheap for donating, and you are better for not donating. The logic breaks physical laws. I dont think this track should not be shared. Ppl dont have to donate if they dont want to.

Having bought or by planning to buy the cd, you already gave your contribution to the cause of dance4life, Alex E. If you plan to go the extra mile for it, I guess the most you can do is to inform people, downloaders in particular, about the cause of dance4life which is to help sick people. Tell them, it's fine to download it... listen to it and if you happen to like the tune, buy the cd. :)

I think that's hypocritical.

If you participate in any P2P sharing of music at all, and then complain about this just because the track is supposedly made for charity then why do you download any music at all for free from the internet? Who's to say the producer whose music you DL from isn't badly in need of making money from his work? If you complain about this then don't DL anything at all for free then otherwise you're just a hypocrite, and what tribal said is exactly right. :)

I live a place where trance hardly exists. I am poor and have health problems, the only things that put a smile on my face once in a while are trance, and pain killers. Are you saying since I can't and won't buy the track just cause it was made for some charity on the other side of the world that has nothing to do with me that I should sacrifice a bit of happyness I can get and sacrifice a partial treatment and morphine for my sickness?

Oh ok, just because it's for charity, EVERYONE should BUY the track because everyone and the world revolves around that charity.

There are better ways to help people than to go out and buy a CD. As for sharing it, if you can't get it here, people will get it from somewhere else. I understand your point of view, but it's just not gonna happen. I think it's a crap tune anyway. Why doesn't somebody share LiveAid, I love that stuff ;)

I agree 100% with that. I wish I could donate but I haven't, but I don't think I am better off than the person who donated, and I don't think I am worse than them either.

I think the Original tune is terrible anyway, Maxxi Jazz on Trance tunes, not for me. Although the sentiment is there and i agree with that, as for downloading it. It doesn't really matter as like someone said if you felt that strongly you would buy it anyway as well as downloading it first.

'Sander Van Doorn remix' is the one for me. I do like that version a lot more.

This track is awfull, yet for good purposes. But I dont think we can have any effect if stop sharing that.
Therefore is a good reason as to protect other people from having to listen to that bad track.
