Pioneer Djm 800, obviously. Can't live without him anymore :D
But for home use, I truly recommend the Reloop RMX-40 DSP. I have this one at home and for it's price, it's probably the best mixer I've come across until now!

i'll have to go with the djm800, but if you are on a tight budget, i suggest the djm400 instead.

i am getiing the djm 800 but the best in my opinion would be the 1000 by pioneer it is extremly spendy 1000 dollars a deck but it is unique because it has the wav pattern on the mixxer like in a computer mixer

DJM- 800 !!!!!!!!!!!!!! wow, i bought it like 2 months ago, and its worth every cent.. allen & heath mixers are really smooth, i find to smooth, where the djm 800 is like in the middle of X-ONE 92 and DJM 600.. peace

Can anyone give me a detailed explanation why i should justify spending 1300$ on the 800 model? I was just looking around on ebay and it seems that the 400 model is your standard 2 channel board with some sampling options that make it unique. The 500/600 move up to 4 channels. And the 800 just looks new, trendy, and expensive.
I need to know why the quality of the 800 is so far above the 400 and even 500/600 series. Thanks,

Rane TTM 56 Performance Mixer
http://www.chucklevins.com/productimages/prodj/mixers/ttm56.jpg
Perfection has a name.. Rane..
The Rane TTM 56 Performance Mixer is known for no travel noise and no bleed, EVER! Program One and 2 faders and crossfader are all non-contact with dynamic curve assignment. Smoothly morph between normal or special effect curve types. Reverse switching on all faders and hamster switch. FlexFx effects loop gives DJs total control over effects for both channels or either. Aux in and out with level controls. Stereo master or dual-mono-cue metering. 3-band Accelerated Slope EQ on each channel. 2 stereo phono, one stereo AUX, and 2 stereo line ins; stereo effects return; balanced mic in; stereo balanced and unbalanced outs; stereo aux out; and stereo effects send.

Played on a Djm600 and an 800 and prefer the 600, probably because i dont know where to start on an 800. So many little things you can do to make you mimore interesting. 800 is far better though, being midi capable.

Roland DJ2000
designed by Sasha and digweed for the first northern rock album, very ltd run production.
the very first pro mixer with on board DSP effects (and as they are roland algorhthyms they are better than the pioneer FX and sound more like the effects used in dance music, mainly becuase everyone uses roland kit to make their music!) also has intelligent auto BMP finding for analogue and digital with midi so your outboard effects sequencers etc etc are the same bpm as the music your mixing.
ive had one now for about 8-9 years, one peice of studio kit that will never be sold!
