How to download from Speedyshare?

I can't download anything from this site,could someone tell me how to do ?

Right click on the link and save as.
If it says you have to wait x minutes, then wait these minutes and then refresh, right click save as. If that doesnt work, its possible speedyshare doesnt work for your country
