with all that being said, i quit smoking, and there are alot of reasons why

1) i'm in love with an amazing woman, and don't want to take an extra few years, months, days, even SECONDS off my life by smoking, when i could live that much longer and be with her :)
2) it's a costly habit..
3) takes away from my sexy smell.. i come out of the shower and smell amazing, having a cigarette makes u smell like an ash tray for the rest of the day
4) i don't like being addicted to anything, don't like needing things in my life to make me happpy, only my wife thx u :P

The procedure,some of my friends find it quite funny:
- 3 stops before you get out of the subway (to university) you bring out your pack. turn face into the walking path and bring out the rolling papers... Apply tobacco and roll. Put it behind your ear. When standing up, pick it out of there and trow your lighter. Two flips and it is lighted. Offcourse only light right when the doors open or your wallet is 50 euro lighter :)

For the weekend I have a big stash of Pall Mall in my room. "fallen of a lorry" and pretty cheap. 100 sigs for the price you normally get 20. I only smoke these because I am too lazy to roll in a club and your tobacco goes flying :) Also the shape of the pack,with rounded corners, is pretty handy. It never gets stuck behind all the shit in your pocket !

i not fat, but id rather stay slim through diet or exercise than by smoking.
it gives you bad breath, ages you, makes your teeth yellow, can give you throat and lung cancer and wastes all your cash. so its hardly any great thing that it helps you slim...so does a healthy lifestyle
i personally dont exercise or smoke, and im still not fat. im slim if i may say so myself:icon_mrgreen: ...alll it takes is not stuffing your face with cake and biscuits all day long..you dont need to smoke OR exercise to stay slim if your diets good
