Why just not use the Peak Controller in FL?
U can link any button u want on the plugin to the Peak on peak controller.. Just use a Kick or something to control the sidechaining.
Hard to explain in English.. sorry for the bad explination.
but if you don't understand. just ask me, and i can make some screenshots!
i found this on trance.nu
FruityLoops sidechain compression
1. Choose an instrument you want to use as sidechain "trigger" (the sound giving the compressor the command to jump in) a 4/4 kick for example and link it to an FX-channel. First of all you have to mute this FX -channel (do this by pulling down the volume fader, in the mixer, all the way).
2. Next you have to add a "fruity peak controller" to it... that's all you have to do to set up the "trigger".
3. Then link the sound you want to be sidechained to another FX- Channel and add the "fruity compressor (or any other compressor of your choice) to it, right click the "threshold" knob and select "Link to controller".
4. After you've done this a window pops up giving you the ability to choose between which controller to use. Click on the internal controller window and select "Peak+Lfo" and click "accept"... now you're set
You can only apply one device per "peak controller"

Started using a compressor recently, worked fine for me the reduce the noise and give the mix some more power. Had to pay attention for clipping though...

Whoever said u need to use only one peak controller per sidechain is wrong - all u need to do is untick 'remove conflicts' and u can link as many faders as u want to the Peak CNtrller.
The TC Works Native bundle has a faster and better sidechainer, but mine has a bug so I just use the PC. Kjaheus Audio Uni Pressor is also good for SCing
