Daniel Wanrooy has been discovered by Tiësto back in 2005, and a lot of Daniel’s music ended up (and they still do) on the famous In Search Of Sunrise compilations. As a DJ he was one of the artists who was voted to play on the future stage on Trance Energy 2010, showing us the growth of the 'Wanrooy' name over the years. Now it's time for his first solo artist album called "Slice of Life", released on Black Hole Recordings. ...
It has been over a year since Paul kicked off his Evolution album tour in February of 2011. Royale Boston was one of the first stops on tour and I was there. Let me tell you, that night did not disappoint. He destroyed the dance floor with many new tracks. I have seen Paul spin over a dozen times going as far back as Axis Boston and Simons Gainesville FL in the 90's. So for the past 14 months I have been eagerly anticipating this album. Made worse because it had been five years since the last album release "In Between" which quite frankly wasn't his best work. I was ravenously hungry for a new Paul Van Dyk album. How hungry? Well, I caved in and spent $90 dollars for the Deluxe Vinyl/DVD/CD Preorder with Tshirt. PVD is a legend, but these days, that can mean nothing...so was Evolution worthy?

Amsterdam based producer Ram Boon has been on the watch list by the big jocks for some time now. With releases under his RAM alias on Armada , Fraction and Enhanced Recordings it's no wonder this guy's latest effort has been picked up by no one less than Mr. Simon Patterson for a release on his Night Vision label under Spinnin' Records. Following his well known sequence in track titles this one is 'surprisingly' called "RAMbition".

Does anyone know the 4th track (played around 13:22) of Sied's set? Heard that last Sat in club...
Boring and forgettable. Really well produced, but no soul. It would surprise me if it sold more...
Definitely looking forward to this album. EA 2 was nuts!

Enhanced are fast becoming a very generic label, and this CD looks anything but special.
