It is based on a book and is largely faithful to the book. I have not read the book myself but have heard it's mostly faithful with a few changes. I thought the mini series was fantastic. I want more shows like this! I love the emphasis on storytelling and character development over action.

I've noticed that too. Episodes are lil bit longer. More emphasis on story, character development and plot. Fight scenes seem to be abit more mature/intense than the original series. I seriously hope Disney does not fuck this up. I personally hate the MCU, but i'm enjoying this series so far...

Here are my thoughts on Dune Part 2. I watched it IMAX. Overall I really enjoyed part 2 as I did Part 1. It's a good adaptation of the book and I have no major complaints. However, I felt the movie was simply too short. Dune has a lot of plot and that's something I really enjoy. I like stories...

Vinland Saga is fantastic! I hope their is a 3rd season.

Im a big anime fan but i am really picky when it comes to anime shows. Most i dont care much for. Dragonball will always be my favorite franchise. There is a new series coming out this year, but it looks kind of like a ripoff off of some of the plotlines from GT.

Does anyone else watch other people do a videogame walkthrough on youtube as opposed to playing a game yourself? I find myself choosing to watch other people play vs playing a game myself that I might be interested in playing. Some games I absolutely have to play myself but then a lot of others...

Just because someone supports Palestine, doesn't mean they are anti sematic or anti Israel. It's more likely they simply hate the Israeli government, as do lots of Jewish/Israeli citizens.
