This guys simply doesn't want to make original tracks

I agree with the others, name calling isnt needed. At best producers dont care about it, at worst it affects them emotionally. The way I see it Trance is in a really good state right now, theres more new good music coming out then I can keep up with. The more classy uplifting and progressive...

Julian Del Agranda - El Sueno / Mirage (remix) [Borderline]

Liking both tracks, indeed very classic sound. Well done, looking forward to what else you have coming up!

Ferry Corsten - Connect (Artist Album) [Flashover]

One of the best and most versatile producers imo, with a great ear for melodies. Looking forward to this.

This guys simply doesn't want to make original tracks

All versions of Somewhere over the rainbow I know of (incl. the "original") are really cheesy and way over the top, I don't see what makes this one worse than the others? I mean it's not great trance by most standards, but the same goes for the other versions. In general I think Tallas...

LostLegend - Running Man [Pure Trance NEON]

One of the standout tracks from the Pure Compilation, and my favorite from the third mix!

What do you think about Japanese trance?

I dont know too much Japanese Trance, Nhato was already mentioned, I like his Trace of Will album. I also like this track by Taishi, reminds of soundtracks from japanese games like Bayonetta:

Temple One - Pacific Palisades [Vivid Motion]

Interesting how views can differ, for me it has the opposite effect. But then at least I can understand why producers use white noise, if there are listeners who appreciate it. I agree, compared to other productions here it is more toned down and reasonable

TranceFix Best of 2023 - VOTE OPEN! - Thoughts on this year?

Just wanted to say thanks for putting this together, must have been a huge effort. Very interesting to see what people liked, and a great resource to discover new tracks. I think 2023 was a really good year for trance. Its true that "mainstream" trance appears stagnant, but even there it feels...

Temple One - Pacific Palisades [Vivid Motion]

I like this like most Temple One tracks, really enjoying the melody and overall feel. But why the white noise? I dont get this, so many producers do this today. Here its not as bad as e.g. in a typical Xijaro & Pitch track, but still it distracts from the melody IMO

OUT Artifact303 - A Trip Down Memory Lane

Artifact303 always makes for great Goa. Levitation Device is my favorite, I played this a lot when it came out on the People Walk Funny compilation

Solarstone - Pure Trance Volume 10 (Compilation) [Black Hole Recordings]

Hi all, Another new forum menber and long-term trance listener (I discovered Trance in 98) here. I have listened to each mix a few times and like this alot, more than I expected to. I think the mixes have a good structure, especially the first has a journey feel to it, and all 3 flow really...
