last time around a month ago (10-10-2008) it was 13.14%

A sharp decrease in % by around ~1% compared to last month, which is very sad Too bad, we r going backward !!!

1%, you should expect a change in monthly stats.
I wouldn't be complaining if there was a 5% decrease.

And this is only 1 measure, to prove TF is going backwards, this 1% decrease per month needs to be continuous so this is inconclusive.
