I think it's pretty cool. I think you should tweak your main synth's tone a little bit and may be you can add some more background sounds because it sounds very simple. But, I think with time you will improve and make some great tunes!

I agree, you could make it MUCH better if you added background stuff.
The automation works well, but the lead sounds sound a little "flat/tame". Perhaps you could try to phatten things up a bit. Nice tune, keep working on it!
