Are word "RELEASED" includes releases only as single releases or tracks released on compilations qualify as well?

What about exclusive remixes/tracks on compilations, which have not been released before, and probably won't get a single release?

Like some of these:
TyDi feat. Audrey Gallagher - You Walk Away (Robert Nickson Remix)
Oceanlab vs Passive Progressive - Sky Falls Away
Shogun feat. Emma Lock - Save Me (Ilya Soloviev Remix)

I see a point now, yes you can, because they can be mixed on top 25 mix.
