A favourite in the sets of Above & Beyond, "iPeople" might take a less pacey approach than Nitrous Oxide's past tracks, but it packs a serious amount of power, punch and energy into its six minute surge. Building waves of twisted tech-bass wriggles and bright synth splashes, "iPeople" is all about the mother of all breakdowns - where the bright, stadium-sized synth lasers fill the track with surging colour.
The uplifting, anthemic second track "Gr8!" initially seems like a nod to Nitrous' past sounds - with breathless vocal refrains and shiny trance melodies - but injects a modern twist after the breakdown. A fresh fusion of different sounds, it completes a double A assault from the returning Polish trance pioneer.
Also included in the package is the Space Rockerz anthemic twist on "iPeople" and Johan Malmgren's innovate take on Nitrous Oxide's "Follow You" (feat. Aneym) - the winning entrant in Anjunabeats and Findremix.com's remix competition earlier this year.
