Hello to All!

Some more information on upcoming releases! Firstly there are 2. Both are 7 compositions and this is where the similarity ends!

The first release is unlike any other album I have released. It's release date is (TBD) aprox end of April. It is entitled "Morceau Subrosa" it's close to an hour of electro-acoustic music and ambience that while it's approach is academic (Lots of Csound, Kyma, Max/MSP and granular and spectral operations applied gratuitously to world instruments) retains a sense of tonality and purposefulness. It short, it's beautiful music without beats. It's intended purpose is mindful meditation, to listen to before bed or in bed with someone you love. Think M83 time-stretched. The next album release date Mid-May (TBD) is follow-up to This Binary Universe. It's called: "If the Stars are Eternal so are You and I"

Some of you have asked about Surround and Videos. I am releasing these two albums in stereo although there may be surround versions of these in the future. There is a visual piece we are creating with an astonishing space photographer that is literally going to blow your minds. It is for the piece "13 Angels on my Broken Windowsill". It is a really special journey this composition. I literally can not wait to share it. An example of ITSAESAYAI can be heard here:

Announcements will be made over the coming months about my upcoming EDM release (Follow up to "These Hopeful Machines") and my band with Christian Burns "All Hail the Silence". According to another post he says that "Morceau" will have elements of deep bass music, while "If the Stars are Eternal" will add elements of his current EDM style to his TBU followup ("The Gathering Darkness" is a "complementary bookend to Le Nocturne de Lumiére, much in the same way Godspeed is to Flaming June".)

It's CD-R because this is a self-release through CreateSpace, an Amazon company, and so everything is made "on-demand" versus large prints like many labels. This is to allow both large and small time artists to sell their products without large up-front costs. The discs themselves are still designed and printed like any normal CD. The cases themselves still have covers and everything as you'd expect.
