I've known about this event for a few years now and as I'm approaching 18 this is the event shortly after my birthday and what better way to celebrate than actually going to it!
I can't seem to find any information on 2013, I know it's a bit early but does anyone know which date it'll be on and how much the ticket's usually cost in pounds etc?

You missed Trance Energy.
My advice - Go with ASOT600.
Dates are usually announced around september.
Line-ups are usually announced around december.
Prices have raised to around 50 euro for the 2011 edition.
Trance was not present at all at 'Energy 2012'.

Yes. Why don't you type "Energy 2011 line-up" in Google and you'll see it right away. There was Sander van Doorn, but his new style isn't very trancey anymore.
The theme, Hardwell - Cobra, describes the sound of the event very well. Look it up on youtube.
But hey, it's all going to depend on the line-up for 2013, perhaps ID&T decides to put in some trance again, after two not-sold-out house events. You never know.

Yeah, what really is funny about the new change of direction is that the house line up has sold way LESS than the trance events which were sold out pretty much everytime. But you know, being hip and all that stuff.
One friend went last year and was so disappointed. No crowded, people hadn't energy, no trance atmosphere at all, bad performance...
The way this is sounding think I'll opt for ASOT600 only. Cheers!

E 2012 didnt bother,
did ASOT550 denbosch instead, thats was a bit special, Armins, classic set in the green room
TE09 - Brilliant
TE10 - Good enough
E11 - No thanks - Went to ASOT500 - Brilliant.
E12 - No thanks - Planned for 550 but couldn't in the end.
2013 - 600.
That's energy out the window then! ASOT 600 it is, better get ticket money ready, I'd imagine it'll sell out fast.

It won't sell out very fast if it's being held in Den Bosch again - only sold out weeks later.

TE 2010: Absolute amazing! Great sets from Sander, Markus etc. Real trance event
E 2011: Great night. Tiesto's 3 hour set was briljant with new tunes and classics (Traffic <3)
E 2012: It was nice. Tiesto was fun and Sander was good, but less people than last year.
Go to a A State Of Trance party. More fun!

I used to attend Trance Energy in when it was TRANCE focussed. Great way to get through the cold Winter!
Does anyone know of a good big-arena style Trance event on around the same time of year?
