Oh my god, thank you so much! You've made a trance fan very happy! I used to own all those on vinyl, imagine my horror when I sold the vinyls to find they were not available in any digital store. The sound quality is so good as well, wow, thanks again!

Yeah, this Karen remix is one of my forgotten favs, one of the examples I show people when demonstrating what is really transformative remixing))) Other examples of such include Chicane-Autumn Tactics (The Thrillseekers Remix) or Alizée-J'en Ai Marre! (Steve Helstrip's Soft Skin Club Mix)

Trading my records for digital files is something I'd never ever do. And your records are able to provide both digital and physical fomats not to mention that they can't be lost in a harddrive failure. And last but not least it's a fact that the all the best music was ever pressed to wax, digital being comprised of a tiny fraction of all that ever existed.

Yes, the Karen remix is a stunner. I've not heard the original, I know it's a pop song but can't find it anywhere.

I regret selling my rare vinyls and hence posting on here trying to find digital copies. However, vinyl, in general, as a medium is awful. It pops, cracks, hums, skips... It's gets quieter in volume with every play and you really notice this after a couple of years. It also get quieter as the needle moves toward the middle, such are its technical limitations. It's sometimes also badly pressed from the master copy and the volume suddenly decreases at a point. Not to mention it's size and the space it takes up. Also, the price is usually high considering the quality you're getting. Digital for me every time for listening.
The other positives are that the sleeve design can be pretty and it feels nice to hold a physical copy of a tune. And, I suppose, music producers find it hard to make decent money from digital as a result of piracy.

Man I wholly disagree there. I personally use a Sony PS-HX 500 and a Audio Technica AT-VM95SH cartridge with a shibata stylus and make my rips using a Sony Vaio and I feel it's slightly above digital. Thing is most digital files seem to have a better sound because of the loudness they provide. I can't stand it personally. Also I feel that most digital files on Juno and BP are way too overpriced for what they are for the fact that they can be shitty rencodes (which NEVER happen on vinyl). Vinyl also allows you to more select the tunes you're listening in much more detail and since you have to pay for each and every record you will actually pick only the finest ones. Most of the stuff I downloaded I didn't even listened to. But mate seriously think again! I mean my record never crack and still they're not all mint (but many are close to). If your record have crackles, pops and cracks it's not because of the record itself but more because you don't give it propre care or have the proper gear. From a true vinyl collector! ;-)
