Hi guys,i sometimes get asked where you can get my original productions in high quality full WAV format - so i just created this thread which will link to it all.

I recently created a Bandcamp page which has a lot of my original music available to purchase and its a great way of supporting small artists like me and showing your appreciation if you enjoy my sounds.

This is the link to my Bandcamp page : Magdelayna

I have also added a very special discount if you buy my whole discography.

On there you will find these two artist albums :

'Anthology'
'Anthology II'

And also some single tracks i have released :

'Trust In A Dream'
'Dysnomia'
'Remember'
'Into The Blue'
'Starlight Theory'
'Moments Of Energy Theme'
'Tears For Adagio'
'The Last Flight Of Icarus'
'Lunar Totality'

'Anthology II' artist album preview :

(Y) nice move, on bandcamp myself and loving it. full artistic release control & non of the "you're only getting payed if x amount has been earned" nonsense.

Yeah,if you read my recent rant on my FB page youll understand why i went to Bandcamp hehe......

'The Harsh Truth Of A Producer'

So i have two tracks that have been released for nearly 10 years on quite a well known label (who i wont name)...i just received an annual royalty statement saying id made 18 euros in that time, but their 'threshold' is 100 euros,so i will probably never see a penny.

The two tracks are also on my Youtube channel, and collected probably around quarter of a million plays between them - but the label has chosen to monetize the ad revenue themselves and take all the proceeds. Now,you can opt to 'share revenue' with an artist, but they hve chosen not to do this. And i know on Youtube these tracks will have them a few hundred pounds.

So for two productions i have created,in the space of 10 years released on a label,i have not received a penny...whereas themselves will have made quite a bit from the releases - just one example of the struggles and unfairness artists and producers face!

yeah I agree,

The nice thing about bandcamp is that, without going through the hassle of setting up your own label with beatport/itunes admission & all that jazz, you can quickly set up your own brand, and you'll earn on the spot what you sell, - the bandcamp fees.

Ever since i've done my own promotion, artwork etc. for my ambient stuff on bandcamp i've earned more then what i've earned in royalties on even the bigger labels.

That being said, I do still send demos to labels owned by friends & the ones that say Richard Mowatt owns, since he's consistently been fair & transparant about earnings, as in, full view into what brings in what & out of all the bucks i've made in the "label" scene, i'd say 80% is from his side.

Yeah ive earned a lot more already that what i wouldve ever done on label releases...im planning to add some merch this year such as CDs with artwork!
