Jonny Nash - Police Bribe

Jonny M - Maroon Crisp

The second track teetering on some analogue relaxations vibes @Daysleeper?

I absolutely love Dr Vinklestein Says, that sense of fun and out-of-the-box ideas has been missing from Shpongle's last two albums IMO. The other two tracks are a bit more familiar to stuff they've done previously, but overall very pretty and reminiscent of Nothing Lasts..., which is my favourite album of theirs.

Two decades ago, Magnus Birgersson introduced his alter ego to the world. It was 2001 when the first Solar Fields record hit the shelves, and that record was Reflective Frequencies . Long out of print, we thought there was no better way to celebrate twenty years of activity than going back to where it all started, making Solar Fields debut available once again, and bringing it to wax for the first time in a completely remastered version.
Spacey scenarios, ambient textures and selected beats which haven’t aged a single day still make Reflective Frequencies just as groundbreaking, dreamy and inspiring as in 2001, that you can now enjoy in a double digi CD and triple trifold ultra-clear LP.
This new edition of Reflective Frequencies will also feature new, unreleased tracks which come from those very sessions, but for a series of reasons did not make their way to the original release. Some of these tracks go even further back, as were originally available on Magnus’s page on the mp3,com, original website in the late ‘90s, before he started releasing music as Solar Fields .
Available now at sidereal, digital release to come soon.
