It's time for the long-awaited remixes edition of the 1999 / Kodex release from the master Basil O'Glue. We've invited all-stars team of the label residents such as Gordey Tsukanov, Slam Duck and You Are My Salvation for this one. Absolutely wicked job from everybody here.

Very promising previews!

Was expecting more from the Gorey remix. Worst of the 3 imo.

Slam Dunk and YAMS remix i enjoyed. Although i wish the kick/percs was different on the YAMS remix - feels a little subdued with the percs/base mix but its my pick of the 3, that breakdown is lush.

1999 remix strongly reminds me of Blister 13.0 - Barrio de Gracia !
Almost like a remix, or maybe sampled?

Not sure about this one, the GT remix is very dull and unventful to me to the point where I had to check to see what was going on and if more of the track was coming. Sounds like its a 4 minute intro to something not that interesting. The Slam Duck one got a bit more going to it, breakdown is again bit uninteresting for my taste, that said not a bad track . YAMS remix has wicked breakdown and synth which I am loving and also starts to have and good take off feel, but for whatever reason its sounding too chaotic and noisy for my ears when it's in full flow, kind of harsh and muddy.

YAMS remix is pretty awesome. Agree with Hens overall.

Disappointed by all of these. Both of the originals were very good, more trancey and melodic than usual BOG tracks. These remixes haven't taken anything from the originals that was good and built on it, but have ripped them apart and replaced with something very average.

None of the tracks speak to me unfortunaly.

The gordey mix feels overly mechanical and static in how it builds. More like its programmed than composed or created. It lacks flow and spontaniety. Slam duck remix is just very in-the-middle. Doesnt go right, nor left. Its just very OKEY, it sounds fine, but nothing more than that. The YAMS mix has alot of atmosphere, the intro is nice, but its overkill with the stereo-widening and it does get messy as Hensmon pointed out. Missing some strong development and theme here. Its TOO tinkly/atmospheric overall and frequencies are all over the place. It sounds very similar to almost all his other work, including the breaks. They have the same tinkly sound.
