The purpose of the feedback is to provide information on the behavior and behavior of the recipient in such a way that the person "will maintain a positive attitude towards himself and what he is doing." Constructive and effective feedback aims to provide relevant information (without judging the person) and drawing attention to relevant facts. Constructing feedback with supporting elements allows for providing an evaluation, a comment in a way that aims to develop, effectively trigger a change in the actions and behaviors of the message recipient.

In healthy teams, feedback serves to strengthen and correct behaviors, not punish or induce guilt. Appreciative feedback is also important. His POWER is invaluable. If you can appreciate someone for a specific action and tell them about it, this is the best daily motivation. Appreciation is nothing more than recognizing the effort put into it. It is important not to wait with praise, to throw away the old belief that people who are praised and appreciated "spoil". It is exactly the opposite. Appreciated people are more willing to develop and put more effort into their work. Lack of feedback works like throwing the effects of someone else's work into a shredder. Therefore, it is worth appreciating, noticing and expressing it out loud.

It's not just about clarity and clarity. It is also necessary to tell the truth. Without fear and in a way that does not violate the dignity of the other party. If anxiety occurs, the so-called "Around the bush". Seemingly so as not to offend someone (this is what the vast majority think), but in fact to protect yourself from passing on sometimes difficult information directly. Many people think that if something is straightforward, it is as if we are hitting "between the eyes." One with the other does not have to be related. You can learn to speak directly, but it requires an internal mental change and prior preparation. What do we really want to convey to the other party? What exactly? What behaviors and actions to relate to? Can I put aside the judgment of a person and focus on behavior?

It is important to take care of words, reflect before statements, and prepare to provide feedback. Why is it so important? Because it affects all of us. Both the one who transmits and the one who receives. Fortunately, giving feedback can be trained - just like any skill or any part of the muscles in our body. ;)

PLS @Gagi hook up to the top
