Go in to the classic section and look at earlier releases, especially around 1995 time period. There is good non-uplifting music to be found around 2000-2004 too

I added what I could, with the limited knowledge of modern music. Enigma State was what caught my attention the most, but I liked some of the Close Proximity tracks that ha e been recommended here, and the Brandt Hoff ones.

If the vocal had been left of High Life it would be better, it's over used and becomes a distraction. The groove and other pieces are great. Nocturnal is very good.

Hard to express how much this track meant to me in my youthful years. I first found the woods remix but now its the Original and Moogwai that take me back. It's so nostalgic and melodic.
