I listened to high definition trance tracks and my ears , brain and illusion are shattered.

exactly like it's 2000 napster There is a drop off in frequency but it goes up to almost 30khz but decibels only go to 90db whereas 24bit is about 140db. What do you think?

I listened to high definition trance tracks and my ears , brain and illusion are shattered.

Forum doesn't allow song sharing like it's 2000 napster. It's real though, here is screen shot from a classic and more recent one. Apparently real digital records are stored in 24bit/192khz so it's not on cd and typical download store. 96khz makes a difference for airiness , flow and warmth...

I listened to high definition trance tracks and my ears , brain and illusion are shattered.

Recently I found and downloaded some random trance tracks , over 40 in all , that somehow happened to be HD audio , 24bit /96khz lossless format with known producers with recent track like Cold Blue, Alex Morph, John 0'Callaghan, Richard Durand etc... Sound is clean, warm , alive , very much...

New Sean Tyas / Peter Steele track reminds more of a Selu Vibra classic. I am glad he is keeping the vibe but it feels like a remix .

That is really more of a ripoff but I would call it just a remix of Sail.

    Winamp alternatives?

I use my own vibe coded app and actually I have winamp simulation. I went to Claude.ai and just prompted my way. For me prompt is : write me a program in Rust or Python or modern web version of a winamp with this or that feature. I usuallly go to Gemini to refine a prompt. With some prompting...

Trance artists and war in Ukraine

You just spewed the most stupid EU approved propaganda and I couldn't let it flow. You are saying that Russians are looking for music when they are the ones creating it . There is zero effective difference between Kremlin regime and Brussels regime and your propaganda is the right example. You...

Trance artists and war in Ukraine

Like I said before in this thread if you want to fight Putin regime , you should know where to go and I can helpto point you to go to the frontline. If you want to stop that war , stop parroting EU imperialist and sectarian talking points.

Trance artists and war in Ukraine

The notion of Russian money . It's a death label by EU propagandists. It's straight up sectarian EU propaganda.

Trance artists and war in Ukraine

I can't believe you are posting this EU sectarian propaganda on this forum . If you are committed to that war, you know how to get there but promoting this sectarian friction on a trance forum is idiotic.

Armin Van Burren - Boundaries of Imagination [Album] [1999]

You have to live in 2026, not in 2002 when you were posting or moderating on a Vbulletin board and dealing with thousands of posters a day. Where and when are you living in ? All of the rules and your ravings will not bring back 2002 again. It’s ironic that you claim there's no power trip...

Armin Van Burren - Boundaries of Imagination [Album] [1999]

I like my style although I am not consistent and I am working on it. Speaking of which , your style sounds like a forum moderator from 2002. Can you change it a little bit? It's a bit dated and out of touch. We’re just having a conversation here—maybe let's dial back the 'internet police' vibe...

Armin Van Burren - Boundaries of Imagination [Album] [1999]

I remember getting my first PC in October 1999 and getting on Napster to download songs that were all the rage. My hard drive was only 15GB but nonetheless I went all in. After downloading random stuff. I stumbled upon this album and I remember talking to someone that recommended me...

The Trance Architecture: Where the Music Lives (and Where It Dies)

"You Are Confusing the Blueprint with the Building" You accuse me of arguing theology, yet you are the one arguing Platonism, the idea that the "pure" form of the music exists only in the mind or the file, detached from reality. You claim a tool must work everywhere. This is false. The...

The Trance Architecture: Where the Music Lives (and Where It Dies)

The environment of Trance music is not merely a recreational space, but a sophisticated exercise in collective cybernetics and temporal suspension. Unlike the frantic, short-term dopamine loops of modern pop or the aggressive nihilism of harder techno, Trance operates on a strict teleological...
