2FA and forum contact issues, I need my account back

I've been unable to access my account for over a month now, as the website simply does not send a verfication code whenever I try to log in. I've sent several messages via the "contact us" form, none of which I got replies to or any sort of confirmation of whether these messages were actually getting through. I've tried to make a second account to post in this thread about it, but I was not allowed to since my account needed to be verified first (which led to the same 2FA and contact problem).

I think the problem lies with gmail? Both my main account and second account are tied to gmail addresses, this third account to Outlook which seems to work just fine. This is not a spam issue either, I found the confirmation mails for this account in my spambox while those of the gmail accounts remain empty. In any case, can an administrator help me log in to my main account?

This is where I get stuck whilst logging in, the 6 digit verfication code I normally receive when doing this isn't sent anymore no matter how many times I refresh the page.

Same issue on the second account, I can complete the captcha easily to resend the email confirmation but I never actually find anything TranceFix related in my inbox, nor do I find any in my spam folders. This is not the case for the working outlook address, where I received the button in my spambox pretty much immediately after requesting it:

I had no idea we even had a 2FA step. I've never seen it, but I guess I have never logged out. Did you set up the 2FA yoursel?

Yes, pretty much immediately after I made my account on the new forum back in July of 2020. When enabled, it automatically logs you out everywhere after 30 days and asks for a new code. Have never had this problem before and I have no idea what to do now either, but I don't think it's necessarily the 2FA system failing here but the forum's mailing system as a whole given that I was unable to verify a new account on my second gmail address as well (which isn't done with a code but with the "confirm your email" button shown in my previous message).

I'm not sure if its a mailing system issue. I created a new account today using a random IP and the register message got sent to my inbox (albeit to the spam). I will test again with some friends to see if they join OK or not.

By "mailing system issue" I meant the fact that I'm not receiving anything specifically on the gmail domain, everywhere else it seems to work just fine. It's not the specific local part of the address either, since the outlook address I'm using now has the same one as the gmail address tied to my main account.

Given that this one works just fine, are you as an admin capable of changing the email address on my main to the one I'm using right now?

Yes we can do that, will get on it tomorrow.

I will look into if it's the mailing system. The new account I just made was using gmail.com, and did work fine, but it could be related to something else.

Do you use a VPN to log into the site?

I noticed your IP logged over 3.5k visits within 24 hours on Sunday, which of course is not right.

I do have a VPN but I haven't used it whilst logging onto the site. Don't know where that number's from either and it makes me want to check my PC for viruses now (or update to Windows 11, which I don't think it will survive)...

It looks like its an IP from Amsterdam train station. Do you join the wifi there?
