Ok that Outlander track is stunning. This is going to be a massive release.

I prefer "Repercussion", very nice mood and melody! :giggle:

Hearing some old Planisphere in the arrangement. Liking both, prefer Outlander. Nice tracks, although a bit too clean for my taste. But I really appreciate the style, so overall I'm very pleased with the result.

Been waiting with excitement on this one and I've not been disappointed.
Very strong release, both tracks!

Repercussion is a steady track but somehow I'm missing an extra chord change of different chord changes. It's just not that exciting enough.
Outlander starts fantastic with a hypnotic rhythm and sneaking acid in the back. And where most tracks fail to deliver, so does Outlander. Any hope that after the (good) break you get something special... is relentlessly smashed to pieces. The track falls flat. Pitty. Rob can do better in storytelling.
All the elements are there, but the excitement is not there and they do not deliver in the end.
I want Activa to be better and I know he can do better. Hence my review and rant. ;)

So what would you want "delivered"? What are you expecting after the break? Just want to know as I'm not sure if we're thinking of the same thing here.

I think the production is very clean and crisp in all the tracks... but somehow they all lack soul. They feel like filler tracks, nothing really there to stir the emotions and inspire awe.

^ this Gagi. A climax after the break, an additional element, something that grabs you .... I feel that after the break the track is already winding down.

Outlander is simply amazing. The intro (and some other elements) made me think of Space Manoeuvres - Stage One. The entire track just oozes a spacey, warm vibe. Crisp percussion, great ebb and flow, clear production throughout.
In the Bandcamp description it mentions there's a vinyl release, but no vinyl listing? Hopefully it will come out at the end as a tri-series pack.

This has always been my complaint of Rob - technically brilliant productions, top quality sound design but im missing that great melody to take the tracks to another level. 'End Of Summer' is easily his best track as it had a very good melody with a build and a resolution to it that made it a complete track.

BUT iam enjoying Repercussion - it has shades of 'Spectre - Spectrum' from Gatecrasher Disco-Tech....really nice spacy vibes.
