Was waiting the full version for this one by the day, one of my absolute favorites last year and certainly one of my favorites this year as well. @jetflag thank you for making this banger .

Ur most welcome m8 , Props to Rich for giving it the neccesairy pollish aswell. The whole thing was done on only a laptop with headphones so needless to say it needed quite a bit of post-hoc editing

This EP features three of Solarstone's Retouches from the Pure Trance 9 compilation album. For ZOYA's Nostalgia Solarstone adds groove and pace to an already beautiful summery track. Hoopoe's Matahari – (Balearic Mix) gets some respectful editing to create more space in this delightful genre-melding Balearic-trance-come-dub-reggae gem. Aerium's Something More with its old-school trance vibe gets a thorough polish and shine - plus the addition of a tasty mid-track groove.

Your melodies are always very good @jetflag. Like this one a lot. The track is pretty nice but the kick is immediately not enjoyable for me. I guess it sounds ok once everything in full force, but generally the kick and hats sound so robotic, overly pronounced and just too digital. A lot or PURE Trance records are sounding like this nowadays.

Would love to see an uplifting remix of this, with more flowing baseline rather than the 80's-esque one

cheers for the technical feedback m8 to be fair to Rich there was a lot of tinkering involved to make what I had into something usable for PT9. Its why the original didn't get released and only the Retouch. Also the track had to be pitched down which, when it comes to (drum) samples runs the risk of making them sound "off"

I sometimes think i'm a bit of a problem child for Solarstone ever since I don't have a proper studio anymore lol

Nice track Aerium. Wish I could like the Matahari remix more. It tries to do a nice style but kinda misses the mark for me.
