Shouldn't this be considered a remix? Why isn't Kate Walsh credited? Just seems really bizarre to mention neither of the original creators unless it's from a sample pack.

10 years passed, now all the rights are gone and anyone can use it. Its not fair and I would definitely not release it as own track. So big thumbs down for that. Also the remix isnt so good, there are much better versions already, so its pretty pointelss

The vocalist wasn't mentioned in the Yuri Kane track either, it was from a sample pack. In fact there were already other songs with that vocal. Yuri Kane's was probably the best among those...
