This sounds to me like Alan took inspiration from his Xpander remix and created a similar melody on its own...which is actually quite a good idea, the track sounds promising indeed

What is weird is I never thought of Xpander once when I created this track, I just went with what I love about Trance. Xpander is one of my favourite tracks of all time so maybe that’s the subconscious working it’s weird ways!
