[AltAngSchmerz]

With this track I tried to replicate a bit of that earlier Classic Trance sound. With some inspirations drawn from Ferry Corsten (that one was by accident mid way production) and others.
This time I avoided those pesky kicks that are overly compressed and went for something a little more punchier and simpler.

Liking the supersawlead lead melody there but the part where the pad just drops in the break needs fixing imo

Really like the bassline, works well with the classic 909 drums.

Really nice synth sounds in there. The pads especially are great, but I agree with @Jetflag , the way they cut out in the break sounds odd. I get what you were trying to do, but not sure it works tbh.

Musically it's great, really like the lead melody and the chord progression.
It probably needs a little something more in the percussion though just to give the track a bit more of a groove, that would take it up a level for me.

Nice track over all though mate!

Thanks for the feedback everyone! Glad to hear about the melody, it's usually what I struggle the most when producing tracks!

The cutout was definitely something that stood out to me after I was finished with the track.
I was really struggling with making a good transition into the "saw solo" after the cut so I thought it would work but eh...

About the percussion, yes it's a bit repetitive. I did think of maybe adding some variation to it but ended up not doing.
