This [Oliver Smith Remix] would be my classic choice because simply put, it happens to have come on my YPod at special moments when I've been travelling, the first time I saw lake Como in the glorious sunshine, the first time I saw Cala Bassa in Ibiza and a few more. It's probably my all time favourite trance tune and I've been listening to trance since the 2 Unlimited days in the early 90s!
