That main melody is great, would've been the bomb in a more balearic/Roger Shah-ish arrangement. Otherwise, this is not exactly my style and the production leaves a lot to be desired. It's just not working for me.

I actually really like the melody during the climax. It feels full and "rich." The build-up until 1:43 was also very nice, especially the little background melody that starts at 0:29.
The lead melody at ~1:43 isn't my cup of tea, unfortunately. I would have liked an expanded tech section like at 0:59 where the track took on a more aggressive sound, instead of the break starting at 1:28 and subsequent breakdown with a balearic melody.
But that's just me. I would be interested in hearing either:
1) A track that fully built upon the ideas of the intro
2) A fully balearic track like what you made for the breakdown
