Disco Citizens remix is the epitome of Trance music. Raw but delicate, beautiful and emotional, filled with euphoria, optimism, joy. It takes your mind to all sorts of places but still tons of energy to dance too, even at 128.

The original is just a beautiful composition too, still play it regularly to this day, never fails to bring the feels. It taps into something noTrance producer has been able to in the last 10+ years.

Such a strange track with that main 'melody'. It's barely a melody, just those 2 chords on that guitar.

But with all the layers behind it, the pads, plucks, the bass, it really becomes something great. Disco Citizens Club Mix for me.

I like this comment. Such a simple main melody, like you say, but to me still exudes a feeling of depth and melancholy. It sounds like it has a slight reverb effect applied to it which gives it that extra depth. And with all the layers underneath it that you mention, it works so well.

Disco Citizen remix is for me incredible. 1 minute intro, main part and then a 3 minute outro to give you more than 9 minutes of pure bliss. I think it's unlikely we'll hear records as good as this made ever again.

Offshore '97 (with Power Circle):

For his sets, DJ Anthony Pappa made a bootleg of Offshore with the acapella of Power Circle's A Little Love, A Little Life. (The below remix doesn't contain most of the vocals, but is probably the more interesting version)

Dave Seaman liked it so much he recreated the mashup on a Renaissance mix CD:

And due to crowd reactions, and Chicane liking it, it got turned into a full collaboration for release the following year. It charted slightly lower than the original Offshore, but was far more successful than the original A Little Love, and was Power Circle's only hit.

A Man Called Adam provided an additional 97 remix:

You always have great little bits of knowledge and trivia man, I always like reading it. Never heard the original Power Circle track which I like a lot. I never minded the vocal mash-up with Off-shore, although purist in me always has to go with the non-vocal versions.

Nothing beats the original mix Armada they have released the remix. It sounded better in the car but hearing it on headphones it does sound watered down.

This is the live versions
