Longer preview can be heard in Activa's FSOE takeover, starting at 34:30

Love that guitar riff, really makes me think of Lost Language. Also, the pads in the breakdown with that melancholic synth have a touch of the mid 2000s in them. The baseline is a bit too simple, but overall it's well balanced with the rest of the track. Would have liked to hear some acids blending in and out of that riff though!

Liking the bassline but would have benefitted from more variation throughout the track. The breakdown also seems like a missed opportunity - the sound design is good but the chord progression itself is pretty forgettable.

so sharrrrp man

if it aint steroids its this type of trance that just has this really sharp biting off-cutting treble heavy sound.

Just listened to the full track and have to say the first impression remains. It's not perfect though, has some things that could've been ironed out but yeah, a very good one!

Listened to the whole also, and it does sound a bit better now, and its a decent track really, but the ideas are really lacking cmon guys.its so damn static. In the past proudcers seemed to have a feel for rhythms and good bassline, but the rhythm here are as bad as activa dancing the lambada. Its just static to my ears, monotone even, rigid, stabby. Atleast the 5 sec wind gust intro was good. After that its just a tutorial how to layer your bass/percussion with a couple of stabs. Ok, with a break thrown in aswell.

I know some of you will have this on your best of lists this year but I think that is to shine light on something that really doesnt deserve it in all actuality. .

The elements bought me. It doesn't necessarily go anywhere or develop, and some of the transitions are off. So there is room for improvement. But stylistically I still think it's a good one, and I like it.

Just out of curiosty. what in particular when you listen to this - makes it "good"? I cant find it.

I just like the style and enjoy the track without getting too much into it. Bit more 'extroverted' type of listening. But there is a long way from good to balldropping amazing in my book.
