Released last Friday

Linking the dark and the radiant, Ferry Corsten's 'Connect' flaunts a remarkable synergy you don't often hear. From the growling bassline to the uplifting progression welcoming the light, this track is a best-of-both-worlds offering that will bring listeners together.

An overall decent track from Ferry. I haven't really been keeping up with much of his work lately, but this is certainly enjoyable.

Yeah, I feel it is a decent track too. I thought it had some potential and felt couple of times it might become really good. It just doesn't get it all together (or perhaps... connect all the dots?) and pretty much stays at the background. Average+ track but that's about it.

This was the last decent track he released but it still needs a bit of work the stuff after the breakdown is reminiscent of the old ferry corsten. I miss the groove his older tracks used to have they sound very plastic these days they sound like they were sampled. I just can't put my finger maybe it's the samples he is using with the claps, hi hats they sound very quite annoying. i don't know what it is but i want to recreate that sound and learn how he used to make those kind of tracks i don't care what anyone says real authentic music has no date.

Yes, it sort of represents the style of music he plays when he hosts ASOT's second hour each month: very 'safe' progressive, enjoyable (I can't say he picks bad songs) but quite flat, monotonous, predictable, nothing is really remarkable except maybe a few tracks here and there (still better than steroid)

He also said this is the first track from his new album later this year... 🤔

Reminds me a bit to the way how Rank 1 apprioched the bigroom/trouse scene back in the days.

Well, the production side is quite good, but the musical side is ... meh is all I can think of. There's nothing here that would ever make me think of Ferry, and this is always the problem with such productions. One of the major reasons I love the Ferr album is because we knew Ferry would play around with a new sound - low and behold that was a brilliant chillout album, and I have it on repeat often.

If I see the name Ferry Corsten, I expect something along the lines of Ferry Corsten, not your deep prog trance flavour of the month.
