Fu Man Choo aka Goldenscan. Can't find Hot Posse Mix anywhere. Praha Remix is an excellent classic. I remember it from Ferry Corsten - Trance Nation 2002.

The first vinyl i ever bought - the Praha remix is a masterpiece. I talked to Goldenscan a while ago,and he said thank god he remixed it hehe.
Love this one for the heavily percussion-driven vibe. Can't think of many other examples other than Signum's First Strike.
Always wondered which sample library that tribal vocal call comes from, it also pops up in Tekknova - Last Trip To Paradise, Relaunch - From Dark To Light, and probably more.
Here is the "Original" Mix. I say original because I can't work out from the comment whether this was the original version of Outlaw, or the completely different track that was accidentally released as the original mix(?):
