This is and always will be huge and powerful, no doubt, one of the biggest electronic tracks in the universe, haha, they should play this at schools for children, if they want to teach them something about the music of the 20th century.

But i would not call this Trance at all, but have no problem to see it here in the classic's.

Maybe the most trancy version is from Santoshi

I also always loved the more ambient 'Dumb Child Of Q Mix'

I can't tell you how many times I've listened to this track - 100% gold... no... diamond!

FSOL being a trance classic shows how borderless and openminded trance was back in the days. Tracks like these would simply be impossible nowadays because they would get lost in genre wars.

Personally I love the Marco V remix the most. Guess the V man influenced me a lot when I discovered trance at first.

Congratulations, Papua New Guinea is currently the most-viewed track on the classics section!
As a breakbeats-oriented track this spawned a few remixes in other genres. High Contrast made a drum & bass remix in 2003:

Nu:Tone, another D&B producer, also made a remix in 2008.
