Contact - a really nice melodic prog track Gai is most loved for. Well worth checking out imo.

The other tracks on the album range from downtempo, experimental sounds to the usual techno/prog.

P.S. I would also very much recommend the book 'The Outlaw Ocean'. A very engaging read about crimes on the seas.

Contact, what a true beauty. One of the best tracks I have heard in a long time. Brilliant.

Not to be the one but i'll be the one: Its not that good. I like the bassline, but thats about it. That dissonant xylophon "melody" doesnt really do much.

So Gai Barone follows in the footsteps of Airwave and other artists in being asked to produce an album based on a book by Ian Urbina. An enjoyable peak time proggy trancer with nice melodies and bassline. More tracks like this please!

I like Gai's work. There was a track called 'Walking' from last year that was also nice and melodic in this style.

This project is so deep and meaningful yet musically inspired!

My favorite ones are Descendant (Gai played an uptempo version of this track one or two years ago and it was beautiful too), Esperanza, Contact and Corals.
As the last two tracks have already ben included in this thread, here come Descendant and Esperanza :
