I never really noticed this before, but now that you say it.. You're so right!
I still think that either Sneijder or Kearney is involved though (based on some of the sounds), so most likely some sort of remix?

Likely a remix with the recent track Karma by Steele looking to be a 2020 refresh of his 2013 Solarsky original collaboration with Rob Stevenson & Substate.
