After the massive commercial success of 'Members of Mayday - Sonic Empire' in Germany (NO.1 hit in the cd/vinyl/radio charts), everybody wanted a piece from the cake, so many producers/labels wanted to release something very similiar in the '80's electro/break/bass' style, also some 'live' acts with breakdancin' guys were made by the big major labels.. of course after 3 years was this style pretty dead.)
Here, the 'Extended Mix' is a great example of this kind of sound, but my post is mainly made because of the 'Progressive Mix'! After more than 20 years its still very fine and fresh, one of my early prog favorites!
