As for the vocals from the song Cry (from System F) released in 2000, it sounds quite bearable. But Gouryella's newer songs sound better without vocals than with vocals.

Will be one of my tracks of the year - just love those old skool Trance chord changes. People who are saying its poor - so you guys prefer modern generic Trance with no emotion in them?
Same thoughts here. What else can they do to satisfy them?...

I do not even bother listening to previews of generic dj's/(ghost)producers. That does not change the fact that I can still find something boring or not that great, made by someone I deem to be a very talented (acknowledged) producer.

The bar was set pretty high back in the day with every Gouryella release i.m.o.

Well no wonder the modern scene has gone down the pan when people dont appreciate tracks like this. When i first heard i was instantly transported back to 99 and the magic Ferry used to put into tracks and remixes.

Ehm ok.

Anyways, not that bad without the vocals, with terrible. (But I must admit, I am not a fan of vocals. Chopped vocals are cool sometimes.)

I agree. Great track, and I will be forever grateful that I got a chance to hear such great Trance tracks in 2025. We should be happy that at least Ferry tries to stay on the path of Classical Trance ❤️

Reminds me a bit of Tenshi, and Tenshi is one my least favourite Gouryella tracks. Will wait for the full version, but I am not quite sure about this one.

Tim, Tenshi is one of the best actually. 😂😜
i have Tenshi on vinyl but would gladly swap it for the vinyl of the original Gouryella - Gouryella release (Discogs price is crazy for that now).
I kinda liked it when it got released, but neither the original or the Transa Remix kept me interested over a period of time.

Now if we could Surga and Orenda on vinyl as well..

Based on the preview, I'm enjoying this to be fair.
Even though the vocals are very monotone its feels more of a throwback to classic vocals compared to the pitched vocals of modern trance.
