Digging through old Gmail threads reveals that Martinou and Harald Björk trace their connection back to 2008, listed as “friends on Myspace.” Mysterious forces must have sent these two sound travelers down separate paths — coincidence, fate? We’re glad to see the connection finally re-established.

In recent years, Martinou has blossomed fully, delivering a steady stream of releases on Nous’klaer, Turbo Recordings, Mule Musiq, as well as Studio Barnhus and his own imprint, Sewer Sender.

he comes from the 'Dub Techno' area, so the bassline is on point. imho there should be more interpretations of melodic dubby 'Trance' out there..
