Its a cool version this but its weird it wasnt released as a remix of Fiji - Atlantis. I feel there are many more elements than the vocals that are similar but maybe its just me. Good nonetheless ^^

 

[Hot Tuna]

Utopia and Fiji were made so close to the same time it would be impossible to determine which came first. It could just be coincidence. All they shared in common is the vocal sample from Praise - Only You, although the released version of the Hydro track (above) has a re-recorded vocal.

You can hear the original Utopia with the Praise vocal in Oakenfold's Essential Mix from January 1999. They put it up for download on soundcloud a few years ago but only as 128kbps.
