Rumours are that it is a collab between Armin van Buuren and Sacha.
But so far it is ID!
It does have the Rising Star sound of Armin though
Track had its debut during Ultra Music Festival in Miami this year.
And I was hooked!
Unfortunately no more info is available yet though

The Rising Star tracks he's done in recent times were half-arsed and plastic. This sounds no different, and the icing on the cake (or coke, seeing as it's Armin) are those vocals.

Sickly sweet hand heart type stuff with vocals that wouldn’t sound out of place on Disney’s Frozen. Cringeworthy IMO
