this is 'Dj Metatron' aka 'Traumprinz' aka 'Planet Uterus' aka many other artist names... this release was uploaded on soundcloud 4 years ago and now finally comes the official release.
Traumprinz has unveiled 'Lost In Dreams', the first ever physical release under the alias Irini. Issued via All Possible Worlds / Réunion, the project arrives as a lavish six-vinyl box set paired with digital download, cementing a body of work that has lived in myth since its first appearance four years ago.

37 tracks in a 6 vinyl box set, mostly atmospheric 'Deep Techno' and 'Ambient', here are the trancey ones for the boys:

Irini - Open Your Soul (We Need a Better World Now) [All Possible Worlds]

Irini - As We Go High [All Possible Worlds]

Irini - Golden Wave [All Possible Worlds]

Irini - Too Lost In Love [All Possible Worlds]

Irini - Too Lost in Dreams [All Possible Worlds]

Oh man, some tracks here are SO DAMN FINE. Classic trance in my ears. Open Your Soul is like it came out straight from ISOS 3 and that early 00s era. Trance music that really put me in trance and I can forget that I am listening to music while I do work etc. I really dig many of the ones shared above like Too Lost In Love.

@Daysleeper you need to check this out.

The price is indeed very high for one album, even if it contains 37 tracks and it supposed to be reasonable for the content, it is still remains very expensive. She could market it better imo. But wait, did you see how many preorders does the album have? wow

Plus even if I am Orthodox Christian, kind of weird to see this as an album cover hehe, probably Saint Irini? It looks so weird to add such cover for such classic trance vibes.

*Edit: Seems like he is a male and he has a big fanbase with noumerous releases before that album. People ordering the vinyl also get to download the album now before its official release. Also seems like some tracks are not real lossless on bandcamp even if they come as flac.

I'll listen the whole thing as time pass and I might support specific tracks though I doubt he needs my support hehe

he is a cult figure from the 2010's ... for househeads better known as 'Traumprinz', the techno crowd knows him under his 'Prince Of Denmark' alias

nobody knows his real name or look, there are conspiracies that he is a guy from Hannover (Germany), or a guy from Tbilisi (Georgia), another theory is that he is just a secret project of the producer 'Efdemin', but very popular is theory that he is a collective of producers from the label 'Giegling'.

his first release was in 2011, in 2013 he already had a huge fanbase,/not in the modern sense of following on social media/ instead, his vinyl only records were always sold out very quick, then after another re-press sold out quickly again, and again, and again.. his second-hand records go for more than 100euros at discogs

One listen through and enjoyed it. It's a bit overwhelming and tiring to get through in one sitting though, and I have absolutely no idea what were favorites or not at this point as it all gets lost with such a big track list. What I will say is that the sound design is amazing, and the vibe/atmosphere exactly what I want to see more in with trance. Today it's going to get put on again, let's see how far I make it.

From a journey, structure and development perspective I have some doubts - is it really developing journeys and brining that musicality? I know in the past his/her/their work has been more like smaller sections and loops of beautiful ideas, like Loops to Infinity from 2020. I liked that a lot but had very few fully developed tracks, which was the point of course, but still disappointing when you hear how good the soundscapes are and the potential. This time it seems like we get more proper 'tracks', but not so much...

he is a producer of his time. in the mid 00's was 'Minimal' very successful in Europe, ofc nothing lasts forever and at the end of the decade was minimalism sinked into modern 'House' and 'Techno'. many new artist came to the game with very analog, deep, dubby, minimalistic sound. I was really obsessed with this new wave and started seriusly collecting new vinyl releases. 'Soulfood' is a great example from this era that will illustrate you the roots and the musical backround of this mysterious artist:

Samples shared here got something to them, yes. Nice trance sounds, almost techy at times, but not in the way you’d typically describe it

I finally finished listening to this album over the past couple of days. It might be one of the best Emotional Rave Music LPs of 2025 IMO -- exactly the kind of emotional electronic music I've been longing to hear, filled with a sense of detachment and dreamlike illusion.

Irini has a remarkable grasp of how to write a melodic line and realize its potential through appropriate repetitions and marginal variations in modes, percussion, delay effects, and intensity -- much like certain progressive tracks from around 2005, such as Oliver Prime’s Sights Beyond, Moogwai’s Viola and so on. This is especially evident in "as we go high", and also in "the higher" and "open your soul." Though the grooves are simple, they are nuanced and are capable of conveying complex emotions when combined with certain melody and atmosphere. It's definitely a touch of a master.

The dub/melodic techno in this album is equally captivating. Tracks like "untitle" (the first one), "the wisdom" and "the father" offer mysterious, deep percussion and a profound atmosphere, drawing listeners deeper into the illusion the artist has crafted, guiding us toward the emotion hidden within the labyrinth of sound. "dreamuniverse" (including part 2) are as beautiful and poetic as techno can get, where one can feel the synths of dub techno gliding gently through the space. Part 2 weaves fragmented vocals into the texture, as if strolling through a garden.

Other highlights include "sweet charlotte" which carries a sense of French romance, "too lost in love" whose slightly psychedelic-oriented lead grips my heart, "concaved", with its luminous lead cutting through the urban haze and unfolding a staircase toward the reverie... Among the 37 tracks, there are too many good tracks that deserve a mention.

Although Irini has released numerous records including deep house, dub techno, and ambient, and has got a number of followers, he has never revealed his real name or appearance on the Internet -- as if living in seclusion, never opening his heart to the outside world.

In “afraid 2 got out in the sun,” a sampled voice repeats the line: “In my life, I am afraid to go out in the sun now.” The vast, sacred soundscape feels like rays of sunlight, or akin to the call of a world that is both unknown and longed for. Amidst it all, the voice drifts, solitary and small...

Pitchfork rating: 7.6/10
My Personal rating: 8/10 A
