I was also quite surprised to see this release. No wonder it went under my radar...
It is a shame JOOF is not promoting this. I love the guy, have listened to countless of his sets and bought quite a lot of his productions. But truth to be told, this stuff is much more enjoyable than majority of his most recent releases.

I definitely remember John talking about an album a few months ago. No reference to Digital Blonde so i'm gonna assume it wasn't the 00.DB one, but looks like it might not have been this one either if he's not promoting it.
Honestly the ideas here are better than most JOOF releases, so ironic he doesnt want to get behind it. And yes 8 min versions would have been nice indeed.

That would be very impressive if he made that statement with *3* albums in mind.
The next time JOOF interviews with Trancefix someone should definitely ask him about this album lol
And yeah, the Audio Network would benefit from JOOF promoting his own album. I think it's unlikely that they would prevent/forbid JOOF from talking about it. What an odd situation tbh.

These sound solid, and something I would consider picking up. Lazer Angels has very nice parts to it.

If JOOF was promoting this album to his usual fans you'd all be moaning that you can't actually buy it anywhere. I'm sure he's worked out the cost/benefit analysis of what he's doing.
The lenght of the tracks are okay to me...maybe a 6-7 minutes versions would be ok, but well...not 10-12 mins like DB...those 15 mins track from Digital Blonde are quite boring to me....I usually skip the first 3-4 mins
Fuck i didnt notice the length when i listened to this this in the mobile a few days. This album is now completely worthless, i wont bother with tracks under 6 min
