As with other tracks of its style:
The background pads at 0:05 onwards had me hooked. Interesting sound design. This track made me pause while binging early 2000's trance on Discogs and take a second listen.
At times (ex. 1:26) it feels a bit chaotic, like it could have used better mastering, but overall it gets the point across. It's a no-nonsense, balls to the walls uplifter that draws you in immediately for a ride. No energy wasted here. I liked the breakdown melody (3:05) and climax (4:04).

The Smith & Pledger remix sounds a bit more polished, but it's also slower. It's a good enough contrast for the energetic original version, and I think both complement one another. Good take.

bumpdump.

I love this era of uplifting. Its simply the best. the tunes are energetic, but refined, driving but smooth, melodic but not over-dramatic. It got slack from some purists back in the day for being too boring/simple or something like that. I mean yeah, the melodies or plucks aren't really impressive in of themselves, but it was never about the individual plucks.

These are mega !!!! A time when the kick drum doesn't burn the ears and the sounds compliment each other
