Both "Taisaku" and "Fuyu" are Japanese. "Fuyu (冬)" means winter.
And there are two common words that both read "Taisaku". If it is written as "対策", it means "a measure (to deal with something), a strategy, a countermeasure". If it is written as "大作", it means "a great/epic production, a masterpiece", used to describe literature or music/art productions.

For which one is the correct understanding of "Taisaku", I think nothing is better than just to ask @Chris Johnson Music himself.

I can only guess it’s the second one But maybe they used double meaning of this word as well
