Featured on Orkidea's Pure Progressive Vol. 1 compilation, Chris MacDonald's 'Lost in Space' harkens back to the glory days of Hooj Choons & Northern Exposure. Moodily grooving at 124 bpm with ethereal NASA samples, acidically burbling synths, portamento analog swells, phased spacey pads and then finally opening up with a majestic melodic progression at just the right moment. Pure Progressive Head-Music.

Pretty nice, almost journey-like. The beats are good but could be improved, and then it'd be a fabulous track.

Summed it up well. Needs some more organic percussion, but overal its still very enjoyable.

Doesn't even need to be purely organic. I'd "settle" for something Incolumis-like (and I believe it would fit).

Improved? It is exactly like the producer wanted it, so nothing needs to be changed .
I really like it, one of my favourite tracks from that compilation.
Would be cool to additionally have a faster uplifting remix in the package.
That's what remixes are for 😉

This is very nice. I'd even say it would work at a higher bpm too. Great!

Quite a subtle and spacey production this one - gets better with each listen as you notice more and more elements. Another solid release from Solarstone's staple.
